Nena Zoller provides website design, WordPress development, and ongoing website care services.

All services are tailored to each client and are delivered based on the agreed scope of work. Clear communication and collaboration are essential throughout the process to ensure the best possible outcome.

Payments & Booking

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Projects and services are confirmed only after payment (or initial deposit, if applicable) has been received.

For custom website projects, payment terms (including deposits and final payments) will be agreed upon before the project begins.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of the work:

  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Deposits for website projects are non-refundable once the project has started.
  • If a project is paused or canceled by the client, any work completed up to that point remains payable.

For ongoing website care services, cancellation terms will be defined individually.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, branding materials) in a timely manner.

Delays in providing materials may affect the project timeline.

Intellectual Property

All designs and materials created by Nena Zoller remain the intellectual property of the creator until full payment has been received.

Once the project is completed and fully paid, the client receives the rights to use the final website for their business.

Nena Zoller retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Nena Zoller is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or services.
