has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">All designs and materials created by Nena Zoller remain the intellectual property of the creator until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Once the project is completed and fully paid, the client receives the rights to use the final website for their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center
